How we work

Transparent, staged, with your approval.

We work in short SCRUM cycles. At the end of every stage you see working output and approve it; the next step starts only then.

  1. 1

    Discovery

We listen to your business and constraints, and pin down together what will create value.

→ Scope, priorities and a realistic timeline
  2. 2

    Architecture

Scale, security and cost are designed in from day one. Decisions are written down, with reasons.

→ Architecture document and decision records
  3. 3

    Iterative delivery

Short sprints, working software each time — you approve every stage.

→ A working, tested release every sprint
  4. 4

    Run & support

We ship it, watch it and grow it. The system grows with you.

→ Monitoring, backups and continuous improvement
Principles

Rules we don’t bend.

No step without your approval

Every stage closes with your approval; the next one starts only after that.

Decisions in writing

Architecture decisions are recorded with their reasons — years later, you still know why.

Progress you can measure

Tests, load tests and live monitoring: we show it works instead of saying so.

Data protection

Designed for KVKK/GDPR; if needed, everything runs on your servers without data leaving.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can you take over our existing system?

Yes. We study the legacy system and move it to a new architecture without data loss, verifying with test vectors that calculations produce exactly the same results.

Can the system run on our own servers?

Yes. Our products are built for both SaaS and on-prem; they install with one command on Kubernetes or Docker.

Do the AI features send our data out?

No. Models are trained and served on your data, in your infrastructure; no third-party AI API is used.

Do you build mobile apps too?

Yes. We build iOS and Android apps with Flutter and React Native and publish them to the stores.

Let’s build your next system together.

Tell us about your idea, your current system or your bottleneck — we’ll come back with a realistic roadmap and timeline.
